Vincent "Vin" Murray

Principal & Founding Member

Vincent Murray is a principal and founding member of Murray Law Office. He has represented injured clients for over thirty-eight years and helped to author the nation's first No-Fault Insurance Law (PIP) as counsel to the Committee on Insurance in Massachusetts. He represents individuals and businesses in all areas of the firm's practice, in personal injury matters, in business litigation, in probate and estate matters, and in criminal matters.

Vincent has represented injured individuals for over thirty-eight years at trial and at numerous mediations and arbitrations. He has appeared on behalf of individuals, employees, and businesses before the Department of Industrial Accidents, the Employee Compensation Appeals Board in Washington, D.C., state and federal administrative agencies, and in state and federal court. He also represents individuals in their claim for Social Security Disability as well as public employees in their claim for Accidental Disability Retirement.

Vincent represents numerous businesses in all matters, including the acquisition and development of real estate for hotels, malls, gas stations, and office buildings throughout the Commonwealth. He also represents businesses in acquisitions, sales, and litigation of contractual claims and business disputes, and for a number of years served as general counsel to the world's fifth-largest rental car company. He has appeared and successfully argued at the state appellate level before the Appellate Court.

In the area of probate law, Vincent has successfully represented individual heirs and estates with regard to estate probate and administration, as well as numerous Will contests in the Probate Court, during arbitration, and before the Supreme Judicial Court.

Vincent is a member of the Massachusetts Bar Association, the Boston Bar Association the Plymouth County Bar Association, and the Norfolk Bar Association.
